COUNTRY ESTATE KENNELS Resort & Spa charges an additional $5/day on long weekends (Friday - Monday), March Break, Christmas/New Years (December 23 through January 2nd inclusive).

Boarding Agreement Form

Before bringing your pet to COUNTRY ESTATE KENNELS Resort & Spa, please download and print the Boarding Agreement Form (Adobe Reader required).


The Boarding Agreement Form is a filable PDF form that you can complete electronically.  Simply open the link, filll in all the required fields including your electronic signature, save to your computer and attach as a file to our Contact Us form to submit. 


You may also open and print the form and complete it manually by hand, scan and save it to your computer and attach as a file to our Contact Us form to submit. 


Things to Bring with your Pet for Boarding

Food 

Please bring your dog's regular food in a solid plastic or rubber container with a measuring cup included inside the container.

 

It is important that your dog be fed his regular diet during his stay to ensure digestive wellness.

 

If required, we can provide food at $2/cup. We currently serve Science Diet Premium.

Medication 

We will administer any medications or vitamins your pet needs during his stay.

 

Please have all medications clearly labelled with instructions and your veterinarian's information.

 

 

 

 

Vaccination Certificate +...

We require a current certificate of vaccination as verification before we can board your pet with us.


Please bring your dog's regular leash and ensure that he/she is wearing a collar.


Though not necessary, you can bring your dog's favourite sleeping cushion or pillow for his/her indoor space.

Extras & The Fine Print*


  • 1/2 day charge for pick-up during our morning hours of 8:00am to 10:30am.

  • Full day charge for pick-up during our afternoon hours of 4:00pm to 5:30 pm.

  • Long weekends, March Break, Christmas Holidays, $5.00 extra per day charge.

  • Full payment in advance or non refundable deposit during long weekends, March Break and Christmas Holidays.

  • No refund for no shows.

  • We require a miimum of one weeks' notice to cancel bookings for long weekends, March Break and Christmas Holidays. 

  • Boarding credit will be issued if booking is canceled one week before drop off date, during long weekends, March Break and Christmas Holidays.

  • One-on-one leash walks available for $ 7.00 per walk.

  • Kennels tours can be arranged by appointment,  Please call us to book a tour.

  • We do offer Drop-off and Pick-up during "off-hours", by appointment only pre-arranged in advance.
